I Still Can't Believe This Is Working
I lost 16.4 pounds in under 2 months. No cooking, no calorie counting, no exercise, no GLP-1s, no expensive meal delivery services. Still eating what I actually want, the way I like it. And I'm still losing 2lbs a week.
Look, I'm not trying to sell you anything here.
I'm just... still kind of shocked this is working, and I need to tell someone who might actually get it.
After trying literally everything for years — keto, meal prep, tracking, the gym, even those weight loss injections everyone's talking about — I accidentally stumbled onto something so stupidly simple that I almost didn't trust it.
Here's what I figured out:
The thing that was keeping me stuck wasn't that I wasn't trying hard enough. It was that I was trying TOO hard. All that "perfect" effort — the meal prep, the tracking, the forcing myself to the gym — was stressing my body out. And that stress was literally blocking fat loss.
When I removed the stress? No cooking. No tracking. No pressure.
My body finally let go.
16.4 pounds in under 2 months. About 15 of those in the first 6 weeks.
And I'm still going.
Here's the thing:
I'm putting together everything I learned — the exact method, why it works when traditional effort doesn't, the cycle patterns so you don't panic when the scale does weird things, all of it.
But I'm not sure if anyone actually wants this.
So I'm starting with a waitlist. If enough people join, I'll know this is worth sharing properly. If not, I'll just keep doing my thing and sharing my weekly progress with whoever's interested.
No pressure either way.
If you've been where I was — exhausted from trying so hard and getting nowhere — maybe this could help you too.
Or maybe not. Either way, I'll keep sharing my progress for anyone who wants to follow along.
